Nice looking rifle. I have the Umarex Legends Co2 Lever Action .177 and absolutely love it. How does the Barra compare to the Umarex?

So, around £100 per ft/lb on a CO2 gun? Nope.

I wonder if the underlever mechanism is made of proper hardened steel or if it will break after cranking it a couple of hundred times.

Andy if you see this, quick question I need some advice. This XM1 or a Gamo GX-250 or an Kral NP-02? .177 or .22 for a combination of target and rabbit shooting? Advice would be very much appreciated. Cheers

Beware of the gauge that turns to expose the filling port. . .the edge of the port is razor sharp. . .turn the gauge and keep fingers away from the area of the port!

Silencers seem to follow people. The small ones seem to have the loudest mouths and are most trouble 😂. It would be interesting to see where the meter was when you tested them, to see if different distance and angles to barrrel exit made a difference. Do you just test at 10m downrange?

Can you fit an aftermarket moderator with the shroud?

Really disappointed! I ordered one of these three weeks ago and picked it up yesterday. It must be a Friday afternoon gun. It came smeared in black oil, which I swear is dirtier than the oil in the sump of my truck. The barrel band was missing one of it's grub screws (later found in the box), the reason it had dropped out was because both threads had been stripped. The rifle looked odd. I soon found out why. At 25 yards, the barrel was pointing 5 feet to the right of the actual axis. There isn't a scope made that has that level of adjustment. It's going back next weekend. Highly disappointed.

Andy, please help. I followed your demo on removing an SA10 slide so I could clean and lube the gun. On reassembly I cannot rack the slide - it remains stubbornly in the back position.

mine is getting 480 fps with a 12 grain .22 pellet.

I see the paint is already wearing off at the loading port. I have the gold version {faux brass} and it's exceptional and showing no signs of wear. {gold plating vs black paint}

Interesting Rifle! ..Looks to hold a gight group once Dialed in apart from the Design which is an Original idea its performance looks to be typical of PCP Rifles But personally I find PCP's Soulless and somewhat more akin to a 'Physics Experiment ' rather than Shooting a Rifle!

In any comparison, the aim is to have as few variables as possible, preferably only one. Using different calibre rifles makes no sense. Also, .25 calibre in sub12, come on.

Hi Andy, It was great to meet you yesterday. Fantastic looking gun, i managed to pick the last 1 up from vectorair yesterday and i can't wait to get it to the ranger.

I have to find a magazine that holds the c02 and bb's since the one that I was given is missing it - is it worth searching for on 2nd hand market?

I have snowpeak pp800r an i get 18 good shots out of it in 177 funny fact put diana rifle barrel on it and i get 260mps and 22joules out of it

Now I have it several months and I begin to be disappointed. The accuracy is not good. Of course, maybe I m not good either. But I can shoot a beer can with Umarex Beretta M 9 from 20 meters and my results in the shooting center are not that bad (I shoot with 0.22 guns). But with this one I tried also short distances, like 6 meters and feels like Im blind. Or maybe I had just some bad days.

10ft/lb to 12ft/lb and HALF the price would be far better

I think me and him are on the same page! The first thing that came to mind me about the quality was the octagonal barrel. 😊

Even the Dan Wesson 6 inch only has 2.5 inches of rifling ,and the legend series .

As a total newbie at 64 years young, I’m growing more towards a break barrel traditional looking air rifle. There’s something beautiful about the simplicity, and traditional look. I guess once you buy one, you then want a PCP also, but it seems perfect for a first ever air rifle. (The GRT especially) Maybe your enthusiasm is catching, but I can see why people get into the sport. In a complex world there’s something simple and absorbing about shooting targets, as one might at the fairground rifle shoot stalls throughout childhood perhaps.
